Hair styling and makeup take a 20 percent deposit, since those block a chair for an hour or more. Men's services, threading, waxing and facials take no deposit at all.
Can I book more than one service?
Yes, and you should. Add each one in the booking form and it totals the price and the chair time, so brows plus a cut is a single visit rather than two trips.
Why do some prices say "and up"?
Length, thickness and how much correction the hair needs change the price. We confirm the final number with you before we start, never after.
How long does color take?
Roots run about an hour. Full head color and highlights run two to three hours. Straightening treatments run longer, so book earlier in the day when you can.
Can a few of us come together?
Usually yes, we can seat a small group side by side. Call ahead for larger groups, or if more than one of you needs color, since the wash station is shared.
